3 Month FAB – Food & Body – Freedom Online Program


Are you tired of being preocupied with your weight and how you look, or with what and when to eat?

You are not alone.

  • If you've answered 'Yes' to any of the questions above, this 3 month therapeutic coaching program will be a good fit for you. It will support you to create the conditions to:
  • Learn to love and care for your body again
  • Take back control of your health through lasting shifts in your mindset, body-set, and soul-set
  • Rediscover your own Self-leadership in relation to food and your body
  • Go with the flow of what is happening for you, creating positive changes using your path of least resistance
  • Discover your own unique healthy weight and move towards it in your own natural pace

        What the 3 month process involves:

  • Live interactive group Therapeutic Coaching every other week. 6 x 2 hour sessions. In a structured, faciliated format, you will ask questions, share experiences, and receive support and guidance.

  • Each participant receives 2 x 30 minute private sessions with me for support, guidance, and integration of the changes made.

  • Powerful in-depth Video Content to gently and simply support and guide your process of Food and Body-Image Freedom weekly.

  • An Online Community including group face-to-face meetings to connect, share experiences, be heard, listen, grow, change, and learn within the group.

  • Personal support from me throughout, via email or your chosen app.

  • Replays of all sessions so if you miss the live zoom, you can still give and receive input and stay right in the process.

  • Accountability as program members support one other with intentions, goals, and growth.

This 3 Month FAB Freedom Program is not an attempt to change any part of you. 
The healing occurs through simply allowing you to better know the parts of you that are driving the cycles of over-eating, self-criticism and shame around food, and supporting them to relax.  The healing and positive change happens effortlessly, at the natural pace of every part of you.

Naomi Nygaard is Founder of FAB (Food and Body) Freedom, an Internal Family Systems and Somatic psychotherapist, and coach and healer with over twelve years experience helping people individually and in groups to identify and release their inner blocks to achieving freedom from compulsive food cycles, and discover the life and body they love.
