Naomi Nygaard, M.A., is an Internal Family Systems and Somatic Psychotherapist, coach and healer with over twelve years experience helping people individually and in groups to identify and release their inner blocks to achieving freedom from compulsive food cycles, and discover the life and body they love.

We are made up of many ‘selves’: happy selves, worried selves, confident selves …  For those of us who struggle with our weight, have a complex relationship with food, or a distressed body-image, we may feel we have a part of us who we judge to be just ‘not slim’!

When we eat wisely we are expressing love for ourselves, and when we eat excessively or restrictively through dieting, we are expressing fear. 

Our ‘not-slim’ self was created out of fear, and she can be transformed through love.  This course will guide you through the steps of how to do this.  It will allow you to create the foundations for a life free from obsession with food and your body-weight.

This 3 month program is an attempt to change any part of you.  The transformation occurs through simply allowing you to better know the parts of you that are driving the cycles of over-eating, self-criticism and shame around food, and lovingly supporting them to relax.  The healing and positive change always happens effortlessly, at your own natural pace.
