The FAB Freedom One Day Online Course offers a simple, step-by-step nourishing process outlining the path to freedom from negative emotions around food and our bodies.
This is an experiential, interactive one-day course. It is suitable for people wishing to find freedom from energy-draining food thoughts and behaviours. It will allow you to identify and clarify your own unique path of freedom, inner-balance, clarity and ease with food and your body.
Autumn 2019: Saturday November 2nd: Still Spaces
Winter 2020: Sunday Januray 12th: Still Spaces
This course will be online and take place within one day, in two 2-hour blocks. Wherever you are in the world , you are welcome to attend.
Times of day:
9am – 11pm & 1pm – 3pm Eastern Standard Time (2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 7pm UK time)
We take a break in the middle for individual rest and reflection.
